Day 1: Arrival in Colombo

Arrive at Colombo International. You will be greeted by our local guide and transferred to your hotel in Negombo to rest and prepare for the exciting adventures ahead.

Day 2: Madu Safari & Galle Fort​

Your day will begin in the morning as you leave your hotel, with our guide taking you on a scenic journey that starts with a river safari along the Madu River—famous for its lush mangroves and vibrant wildlife. ​

​In the afternoon, you'll visit the iconic Galle Fort, a breathtaking UNESCO World Heritage Site steeped in colonial history. Wander through its charming streets lined with Portuguese, Dutch, and British architecture, walk along the ancient ramparts overlooking the Indian Ocean, and take in the unique atmosphere where history and culture meet.

Day 3: Mirissa – Yala​

In the early morning, take a stroll to Coconut Hill—famous for its tall, perfectly aligned palm trees and breathtaking ocean views in Mirissa. Alternatively, enjoy a relaxing walk along one of the nearby beaches, such as the picturesque Mirissa Beach.​

Later, our guide will drive you to Yala National Park, where you’ll embark on an exhilarating 4x4 jeep safari. Explore dramatic landscapes and keep an eye out for remarkable wildlife, including elephants, sloth bears, and the elusive leopard. The safari lasts approximately three hours. After your adventure, unwind and spend the night at your accommodation in Yala National Park—an unforgettable experience under the stars.

Day 4: Yalla to Ella​

Start your morning with a drive to Ella, beginning at the famous Nine Arch Bridge—an architectural gem from the colonial era. Then, take a scenic hike up Little Adam’s Peak, a relatively easy trail with stunning views of Ella’s lush landscape.​

After the hike, you have the option either to explore the town or relax at the Ravana Pool Club, a stylish retreat with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. You could cool off with a swim, enjoy a drink, or, if you're feeling adventurous, try the Ravana Swing or the Flying Ravana Zip-line—the longest in Sri Lanka—for a thrilling ride through the hills.

Day 5: Ella to Nuwara Eliya

Begin your day with a scenic train ride from Ella to Nanu Oya—one of the most breathtaking railway journeys in the world. As the train winds through lush tea plantations and misty mountains, take in the stunning landscapes of Sri Lanka’s hill country. The journey lasts about 2 to 3 hours and is an experience in itself.​

One the spectacular train ride is completed, visit local tea plantations and a tea factory to learn about the production process of the region’s world-renowned Ceylon tea, from leaf to cup.

Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 6: Nuwara Eliya to Kandy​

Start your journey with a stop at the stunning Ramboda Falls, one of Sri Lanka’s most beautiful waterfalls, surrounded by lush greenery and rolling hills. Take a moment to enjoy the refreshing atmosphere and capture some memorable photos.​

Upon arriving in Kandy, your first stop will be the Peradeniya Royal Botanical Gardens, home to a diverse collection of tropical plants, and towering palm-lined avenues.​

Then head to the Temple of the Tooth (Dalada Maligawa), one of the most important religious sites in the country. This revered temple houses the relic of the Buddha’s tooth and is a place of deep spiritual significance, offering a glimpse into the island’s rich cultural and religious heritage.

Overnight in Kandy.

Day 7: Dambulla – Sigiriya ​

In the morning, our guide will pick you up from the hotel, and you’ll set off for Dambulla. Your first stop is the Dambulla Cave Temple, also known as the “Golden Temple.” Please remember to dress modestly, with long pants or skirts and covered shoulders.​

After visiting the temple, you’ll continue to Sigiriya, about a half-hour away.​

There, you’ll get a taste of local life through a village tour, including activities such as a cart ride and a boat trip on the village lake, with a view of the Sigiriya Rock.

Day 8: Sigiriya Rock & Minneriya Park​

Early in the morning, visit the ancient rock fortress of Sigiriya—an architectural marvel considered one of the wonders of the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.​

Your day begins with a climb up Sigiriya’s iconic Lion Rock, rising 200 meters high. The ascent includes around 1,200 steps and typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.​

In the afternoon, head to Minneriya National Park for an exciting jeep safari at 3:00 PM, where you’ll have the chance to see wild Asian elephants up close in their natural habitat. This unforgettable experience lasts around three hours and offers a rare glimpse into Sri Lanka’s rich wildlife

Overnight in Sigiriya.

Day 9: Sigiriya – Trincomalee​

After breakfast, depart for the coastal town of Trincomalee, known for its pristine beaches and historical charm. Upon arrival, begin your day at the serene Marble Beach, where soft white sand meets the calm, turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. ​

In the afternoon, enjoy free time to spend as you please. You may choose to continue relaxing on the beach, explore the town at your own pace, sample fresh seafood at a local eatery, or even treat yourself to a quiet spa session. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy in whatever way suits your mood.​

Overnight in Trincomalee.

Day 10: Trincomalee

After breakfast, set off on a short boat ride to Pigeon Island National Park, one of Sri Lanka’s most beautiful marine parks. Spend the morning snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, exploring vibrant coral reefs teeming with tropical fish, turtles, and even reef sharks. The island’s soft white sands and turquoise lagoon make it an ideal spot for both adventure and relaxation.​

In the afternoon, enjoy some leisure time at your own pace—whether that means unwinding on the beach, exploring the local town, or simply relaxing at your hotel.Overnight in Trincomalee.

Day 11: Trincomalee​

Start your morning with an optional boat excursion to spot dolphins and whales, an unforgettable experience offering a glimpse of Sri Lanka’s vibrant marine life in their natural habitat.​

Afterward, visit the iconic Koneswaram Temple, a sacred Hindu shrine dramatically perched on a cliffside, offering sweeping views of the Indian Ocean. Steeped in history and spiritual significance, this site is a cultural highlight of Trincomalee.​

In the afternoon, your driver will transfer you to Negombo, where you’ll have a few hours to rest and freshen up before your return flight.

Day 12: Return Flight

Take a few hours to relax and unwind at your hotel before your flight home. Reflect on the incredible memories you've made during this unforgettable journey. It’s the perfect moment to savor the beauty of your trip, carrying with you memories that will last a lifetime.
